No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in following our cancellation policy.
At the time of making a booking, a 20% booking fee will be taken and held to secure your appointment. Upon cancellation of your appointment the 20% booking fee will revert to credit on your account, this can be used for future services or products. We do not refund booking fees.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeit of the booking fee.
No Shows for an appointment will result in you losing your booking fee and a further 50% of services booked will be charged to your saved card. Multiple no shows may require you to make full payment of your booked service to secure an appointment.
